Coffee an anti-aging drink?
There are researches and theories that says coffee is an anti-aging drink. Coffee has known anti-oxidant properties and its caffeine contents help anyone jumpstart their day at work or in school. In fact, a study was held in 2012 and was published by the American Association for Cancer research that drinking coffee could lower the risk of having a basal cell carcinoma.

The result showed that those who drank 3-5 cups a day has lowered their risk of dementia to 65% as compared to those who drank lesser than 3 cups a day.
