Espresso, macchiato, americano, cappuccino, latte, brewed – these are just some of the coffee types of coffee baristas usually yell out in coffee shops. Though many argue that coffee can cause harm to your body, there are undeniable and proven reasons that coffee can be good for your health.

But more it is also important to note that too much of coffee and adding unnecessary calories can also be detrimental to your health.
