Lipstick is the icing on the cake to your face. It can bring out your features and illuminate your natural beauty. The first step in deciding what lip color suits your skin tone is determining what kind you have. Look at your wrists. If your veins have a blue hue, you have a cool skin tone. If your veins have a green hue, you have a warm skin tone. If your veins are blue-green, you have a neutral skin tone and are lucky enough to rock both warm and cool colors.
Fair/cool skin
Lips: Blue red, light pink, and light peach are great lip colors that compliment fair/cool skin tones and bring out porcelain features.
