What was my Acnevir Routine?
Whenever I wake up, I am sure to wash my face. I cannot emphasize how important it is to wash your face in the am. All of the oil and sweat from your hair and pillowcase is terrible for your skin. Especially for me: I coat my hair in coconut oil quite often and I have satin pillowcases, so not washing my face in the am is not an option.
