I can totally understand the benefits of jumping. I used to jump rope regularly when I was younger. Unfortunately, age and arthritis prevent me from enjoying such an activity these days.
Jumping can be a lot of fun and I wish jump rope could be part of my routine. I have physical reasons why I can’t do that right now though.
I can’t jump but I am quite active. Which is s uper important at any stage of life.

Jumping is a lot of fun as long as you do not have any problems with your knees so proceed with caution if you suffer from knee or other joint problem. Great fun workout
