One thing that massively impacts on how you look and how people perceive you is your posture. This refers to how you stand, walk and hold yourself. Having good posture means that your body is in alignment. Your back should be straight, your chest out, and your shoulders squared. It’s not too complicated.

But there are other ways in which you can improve your posture. Doing yoga and stretches are two ways in which you can make your body more flexible. Being more flexible will make it much easier for you to improve how you stand and walk. These kinds of exercises are especially important if you have a job that involves sitting at a desk all day.

A lot of us can get stuck in a rut in terms of fashion. We get used to wearing the same few outfits day after day and week after week. But when you reach a certain point, you just know that it’s time to make some big changes. Revamping your wardrobe can be a lot of fun, so think outside the box and try styles you’ve never tried before.

What’s the worst that can happen? If you try a style and you don’t like it, you can just try a different one. But staying with the same old boring style that you’ve been persevering with for years is definitely not the solution to your problems. It’ll improve the way you look and the way you feel.

Think about it, it’s one of the first things people see when you first meet them, so it’s one of the things that will influence their first impression of you. That means you should think about what your hair is saying about you and how it is reflecting your personality.

Maybe you think that your hair is a little tired and dull, you should think about spicing things up and being a bit more daring. Don’t be afraid to try something new. Dying it red or another risky colour could really pay off. It will improve your confidence and make you feel much better about yourself and how you look.

We all feel a little insecure about our smile from time to time, but smiling is a basic and vital part of human body language. If your insecurity holds you back and forces you to avoid smiling, people might get the wrong impression about you.

You can brighten up your smile by using whitening toothpaste and cutting down on the kinds of foods that stain your teeth. Drinks like coffee and tea can also have this effect; smoking is worst of all for discoloring your teeth. If you need more drastic action, see a dentist and have a teeth whitening process undertaken.
