This month at Miss Millennia Magazine, it’s all about love, sex and relationships. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, you could only imagine how excited we are. Most exciting of all though is this months Lady Lennia: Jen Glantz. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because we’ve previously interviewed here during our Literature edition after having heard about her e-book All My Friends are Engaged. You can read that interview here. With a whole book about dating, it’s no doubt why Jen Glantz is such a perfect fit for this edition. She’s experienced it all, and we want to learn more!
What is your age?
What makes you experienced in the love, sex and/or relationship area?
I’ve made a lot of mistakes – and I think that’s a good thing for people to do in both love and life. The more mistakes you make and the more awkward situations you get through, the more you understand what you want and how to go about getting it.
What’s your current relationship status, and how do you (if single) go about dating or (if in a relationship) maintain your relationship?
I’m single and finding dates is never a problem – that’s because I have a team of people always trying to set me up. Everyone from engaged friends, to family members, to the lady who does my nails.
How do you want others to perceive you?
[I want to be perceived] as [an] honest and relatable [person]. As a person [who is] fearless when it comes to being herself and taking extraordinary chances. I want to be a role model for women – constantly reminding them to embrace who they are.
Do you see yourself as a role model?
That title would be such an honor! Whenever I write or speak, I always make sure [that] whatever I am putting out there helps inspire and motivate others. I strive to be relatable, as I think the best and most powerful role models truly are.
What inspires you?
My readers [inspire me]. I’m always overwhelmed with happiness when people reach out to tell me their stories or [to] ask for advice. They keep me grounded and motivate me to work harder.
What would you write about for the blog?
About why it’s perfectly okay to be single!
Do you feel like you can inspire women in their 20′s and 30′s? If so how would you go about doing this?
Yes. By being honest and relatable.
Who does Lady Lennia represent to you?
A community of inspiration and motivation.
Why would you make a great Lady Lennia for the Love, Sex and Relationships edition?
Often our mistakes are what make us more knowledgeable and willing to help other’s improve their own lives. I think I’d make a great Lady Lennia because I’ve found myself in lots of different dating situations and have fully been able to fall in love with the idea of being single. I strive to teach others that even if it seems like all your friends are getting engaged, it’s okay to be single. It’s okay to be who you are. Being a Lady Lennia for this edition would help me do that wonderfully!
What is something you absolutely must have?
Morning chats with my parents and pizza.
