Delicious as always but…..
This rum cake is always magically delicious😋! But I would have really appreciated at least double the walnuts!!! This paltry amount looks like an after thought or like the factory machine just ran out of half of what should have been dispensed! Haven’t bought this cake in many years and recently decided to treat myself! I recall past rum cakes having a nice healthy encrusted crown of nuts! Guess I’ll have to add some of my own but it just won’t be the same as when they’re baked righ in to the top! Actually 5 stars for flavor but only 2 stars for walnuts😕!
