To change the level of resistance, adjust the built-in damper on the fan cage and customize the intensity. Pull harder for more air resistance, or ease off for less.

This rowing machine has a 300 pounds weight limit, and fits users from 4 feet 9 inches to 6 feet 4 inches tall.
