If you don't have much cash, these are a good choice. They are really substantial. I was surprised by that. They lock in place well and the clasp seems sturdy. My problem is that I am not convinced they are truly sterling silver although I have no objective way to confirm this suspicion. There is no stamp and they seem very shiny like a chrome type finish. My suspicion is that it is stainless steel which is nickel free and not a bad material just not silver.
All in all, for $20 they are a decent option for a cute everyday wear huggie hoop. However, I think I may return and spend more.
