This puzzle was well built and had a special feature which made, what would have otherwise been an extremely difficult assembly task, instead a quite reasonable level of difficulty. Each puzzle piece was marked on the back with a zone identifier A through F. Since this art has very little variation in color or subject matter across it's scene, the zone identification was very helpful. The full size reproduction of the art that was included was also a very useful aid.
Our puzzle unfortunately had one piece missing. On contacting Amazon, we received a replacement in two days. Great customer service as well!

Was fun, but the box came damaged and the puzzle itself had a few torn down pieces. The back of them were ripped. Was still able to put it together but a few of the pieces that were not level on the back from being messed up made it a little more difficult.

Box arrived slightly damaged, but bag of puzzle pieces in tact. No missing pieces. Beautiful picture once completed. As others have mentioned, some of the pieces came connected together, and parts of the backing came off when separating. But nothing to worry about! Would order again without any hesitation.

The puzzle took forever to get here because it was coming from China. The box that the puzzle is in is wafer thin and was crushed when it got here because it was shipped from China in a thin plastic bag. The puzzle itself is wafer thin as well. I can't believe how poorly the pieces were cut considering how thin the backing is. Also, half of the puzzle was not separated. It took me an hour to go through the box and gently try to separate the pieces without ripping off the tips. Also, the puzzle pieces are twisted and warped and will not lay flat because of how thin they are. The pieces are irregularly cut too. Puzzle edges should actually line up...these do not. The image itself is a horrible reproduction of the Van Gogh painting. You can see the pixels in the image. I had planned on framing this puzzle (I usually don't) because it is a famous piece of art and I was going to hang it in our game room. However, this puzzle is so thin and poorly made that I have decided I won't even bother to put it together. It isn't worth my time. I bought another puzzle by a different merchant that I highly recommend. Flame Tree Studio created the other puzzle. Gustav Klimt: Adele Bloch Bauer. It was a little more expensive but completely worth the price. The puzzle was printed on very thick cardboard and each piece was crisply cut and completely separated. The box the puzzle came in was also very sturdy and would have lasted for a long time. I decided to frame the Flame Tree Studio puzzle because the image was so beautiful.
