Bought for GI issues | Capsule breaks open and mixes well
The box that the bottle of capsules came in was not perfect but that is not something that bothers me when the product is in good condition. The bottle that the capsules come in was sealed and in perfect condition and all of the capsules were there and in great condition. I bought these to improve my GI issues such as bloat (I look 8 months pregnant and am always asked if I’m pregnant or if I know what I’m having and it’s very embarrassing), almost daily stomach pain, and bowel irregularities (not going everyday). Additionally, I have quite a few food intolerances. I have a good deal of leaky gut symptoms and have for a long time. I was just prescribed l-glutamine daily and I mix it with water. These capsules break open and mix perfectly with my l-glutamine. Every morning on an empty stomach I mix l-glutamine, one Garden of life probiotic (broken open), and water, stir then drink. It is too early to tell if this will have a significant impact along with the l-glutamine but I will try and remember to update my review in about 3 months. I uploaded a video of how I mix with water every morning.

I had 31 capsules not 30, so this would be a bonus to me. However, working in pharmacy I know that medications/supplements/vitamins can often come with 1-2 less or more than stated on the bottle. I assume its a machine error to be honest so I don’t hold it as an intentionally major issue. With probiotics being the price they are I can see people returning if they were to get less than stated though. ALSO, based on many reviews. A lot of companies use bigger bottles to get all the info printed on the bottle, not to do with the quantity it contains. I can see peoples problem with this and there are ways around this that most companies haven’t taken to yet.
I’m new to this probiotic, so I’m not going to attest to quality or effects. I just wanted people who are looking at this can be assured that it should come to you untampered, etc.
