For many of us, we're so busy all of the time that it feels like we're constantly on the go. Between classes or a job, making time for friends, exercising, and every other activity you participate in, it can feel like you never have a moment to yourself. You may love the busy lifestyle—some of us thrive in it! However, there are some things that are a necessity for every busy girl. We've made a list of some clear essentials for every girl who is constantly on the go.

This is an absolute must for any busy girl—if you're constantly running from place to place, you're going to need some shoes that won't give you blisters. Wear flats to work instead of heels, or if you can't bear to part with uncomfortable shoes during your workday, keep a pair of sneakers in the car to change into after you leave. That way, you don't have to stay uncomfortable any longer than you have to. Even if you think you'll look a little funny in a suit and sneakers, it sure beats hobbling around with blisters and cuts the next day!

In this day an age, it has become increasingly important to always stay tuned into all of your electronic devices. You never know when your boss might call you with an important assignment, or when you'll need your laptop to finish up something on the subway home. If you're constantly on the go, the last things you want to see are your devices at low battery. But if you keep chargers for all of your electronics in your bag, you'll never run into this problem!
Bustelo Cool® Coffee
The on-the-go girl probably doesn't have time to brew a cup of coffee. She certainly doesn't have time to relaxingly sit and drink it every morning. But that doesn't mean she doesn't need coffee! If you're constantly running from thing to thing, coffee is a must. That's where Bustelo Cool® Coffee Drinks come in. They're the new iced coffee option at Walmart. You can either try the classic Café con Leche, or indulge in the Café con Chocolat for a sweeter taste. The Café con Leche drink is delicious and creamy—perfect if you love the classic iced coffee and milk combo. The Café con Chocolat is just as creamy and tasty, but with a distinct chocolate taste. That's makes it ideal for those with a sweet tooth.
These drinks are easy to find right in the coffee isle (not the soda isle) at your neighborhood Walmart. They've even got a sweet deal going on right now—you can get $1.50 cash back through Ibotta on a 4-pack of 8oz cans of Bustelo Cool® Coffee Drinks. The deal is good through 3:00am ET on July 20, 2016. That makes this the perfect time to try out the drinks, since extra cash is always a plus for the busy girl! In an adorable can small enough to fit in your purse, they're the perfect drink to keep a girl energized when she's on the go!
A Water Bottle

Once you've had your coffee drink (or two, or three—we won't judge!), you're going to want to keep staying hydrated. When you're constantly on the go, it's easy to forget the little things, like water. Keep a cute water bottle on hand when you're at work and on the go or a fruit infuser water bottle, and make sure to drink it throughout the day so you stay hydrated. The last thing a busy girl needs is to get dizzy or lightheaded right in the middle of her packed day. If you are frequently taking little sips throughout the day, you'll stay ready to go. (And then you won't have to feel bad about switching back to coffee when you need a mid-afternoon energy burst!)
Have you ever been sitting at your desk, diligently working away, when every few seconds your hair seems to fall in your face? And then you can't seem to stop touching it, even though you know that's making it greasier? This is when it's important to have a hair tie on hand. Keep one around your wrist or in your bag, whichever's more comfortable. Just be sure to have one around to help get that hair off your face when you need to focus.
A Change of Clothes

The on-the-go girl is always running from place to place. There's a good chance all those places don't all have the same dress code. Did you get a last minute invite to join your coworker at a workout class? You're going to want to have workout clothes to change into in the car. Going to hang out at a friend's house? You'll want some sweatpants to put on to relax in. You don't have to keep your whole closet in your car, but if you have a couple of key pieces to change into for different occasions, you can be more flexible about your schedule.
Mini Body Spray

Whether you've gone for a lunch run and don't have time to shower afterwards, or you've got plans to meet someone after work and you want to freshen up a bit, you're going to want something to help you smell a little better. Keeping mini body sprays in your bag or car is an easy solution to this. They don't take up very much room, and a few spritzes will keep you covered until you can get to a real shower.
A Decent Sized Bag
The final thing you need is a bag big enough to hold all of your essentials. If you're always on the go, you don't want to have to leave anything important at home because it doesn't fit into your bag. Whether it's a tote or a backpack, make sure you have something around to keep the rest of your essentials from getting lost. You can even keep one bag in the car, with things like a change of shoes and clothes. Then you can take a smaller bag into work. Whatever you decide, just make sure that it's enough to keep all of your essentials in their place—until you need them of course!
Being constantly on the go can get a little exhausting, but these essentials should make the lifestyle a little easier. Don't forget to take some days off to relax and recharge, but when you just can't help being busy, bring these things along for a smoother and more enjoyable day!
