The storage pouch was missing!
I don’t know how to get back to the person selling these as I bought it on Amazon, so I’m writing about my problem in this review.Nice product but the case was missing from my order. They have probably decides to omit the case to save themselves money but I have ordered a bunch of these for gifts and now ordered one for myself. They all came with pouches, as shown in the what comes in this order picture, except the last one I ordered for myself.The battery pack itself works very well. The missing pouch comes in very handy for keeping the pack in when not in use.If possible, please just send me the missing pouch!

[EDIT] I plan to return this charger because it is not working at all. While charging for almost more than a day, the bar sign is not added, and the charger cannot even charge my iPhone. I am not sure what is going wrong, but I am disappointed with the quality of this power bank. [EDIT 1 June 2022]: The customer service is really nice, they send me the new power bank but it is still not working too, so to give my appreciation I add one star here, but the quality of the power bank is still questionable, if the new one that they will send work, I will change my review here. [EDIT 7 June 2022]: They finally send me another replacement and this one is working well! I really appreciate their customer service and how they try to give me satisfaction of their product. I will come back again to my review for the performance of this power bank. Till, then, I am overall satisfied with the product.
