I used to row and scull in my 30s but had to give it up due to a back injury. Zoom ahead many years and I missed how well rowing conditions your back. I did A LOT of research and decided that at the price, if I hated this one it wouldn't be the end of the world. But it's actually a great workout! I highly recommend.
PS: If you're in your 30s then you can go ahead a buy an even better model, but this one is perfectly serviceable for us oldsters.

First FedEx left out in the weather to get rained and snowed on, instead of placing under the addition out of the weather. Called and was told I needed to return it in a box that was no good after getting wet. It was wrapped in plastic and seemed dry. I have used it for two weeks and now it won't even turn on!!! The seat kept binding on the rails. DON'T BUY IT!!! You get NO SUPPORT with issues on this product!!!
