Excellent product! Vitamin D3 is an extremely important supplement to add to your daily routine. Turned out I had a low level of vitamin D even though I spend a lot of time in the sun and not on a vegan diet.

I was looking for a high quality brand that can provide some good amount of vitamin D. This one contains 50mcg (2000 IU) of Vitamin D3 per serving and I found it really good. For Vitamin D deficiency you will probably need a higher amount per serving, but this one is really good for everyone who wants to support the immune system, heart, muscle health, bones and teeth.

Packaging is great and they are very small, so really easy to swallow. Plus serving size is just one soft gel. Recommend it!
