Here is some information about me to help you determine what color you should buy. I purchased the eyebrow pomade in "brunette" I am a fairer skinned woman with warm features and natural freckles. I have medium brown hair (Well, it's purple now, but normally it's a medium brown!) and darker green eyes (Picture included)I felt like this shade match my eyebrows very closely. Dark brown, I feel would've been too dark for my face. When it comes to eyebrows, it's always better to go with a shade lighter, but this color, the brunette color, I have to say, it spot on. I find that a light hand is best when applying this product, so use soft gentle strokes while applying. The formula is very creamy, fairly easy to use, and comes with a very stiff brush. I've bought other products before with brushes I thought were too soft, but this one is just perfect.This is a product I really can't complain about. I'm happy with the results (So why did you knock a star off?) The reason I did is because this product doesn't last all day, not in the summer. After a few hours, it did fade on me a bit, but this wasn't a huge deal for me because I do have a bit of brow. Those that don't, or have very little, may have an issue, but for 6 bucks, try it! I tend to be a bit on the oily side, so drier complexions might fair a little better.
